The Solution 2030 Inc. is advancing the commercialization of its proprietary Pure Fibre Platform through industrial applications focused on improving the processing, stabilization, and utilization of natural fibre materials.
Our initial commercialization priorities are accelerated lumber drying and biomass stabilization and forming technologies. These applications are being developed to address industry challenges involving moisture management, material stability, production efficiency, and resource utilization.
Through industrial collaboration, pilot demonstrations, and independent validation, we aim to establish scalable solutions that can be integrated into existing manufacturing operations while creating opportunities for new fibre-based products and markets.
Accelerated Lumber Drying

The Solution 2030 Inc. is developing proprietary fibre-conditioning technology designed to accelerate moisture reduction in lumber while supporting improved dimensional stability and material quality.
Our experimental work has demonstrated promising results across multiple wood species, including accelerated drying, reduced checking and warping, and resistance to moisture reabsorption under observed test conditions.
Unlike conventional kiln innovations, our technology is not a new kiln or kiln-control system. It is a proprietary treatment approach being developed for potential integration into existing industrial lumber drying operations.
Commercialization Potential
Our objective is to validate the technology at industrial scale and explore opportunities to reduce drying times, improve lumber recovery, lower energy consumption, and increase production efficiency.
We are seeking collaboration with lumber manufacturers, research institutions, and industrial partners interested in independent validation and commercial-scale demonstration.
Biomass Stabilization & Forming

The Solution 2030 Inc. is developing proprietary biomass-conditioning technology designed to improve moisture management, material stability, densification, and forming of wood fibre and other biomass materials.
Our experimental work has demonstrated promising characteristics, including accelerated moisture reduction, resistance to rehydration, improved pellet durability under observed test conditions, and the ability to form treated biomass into consolidated shapes through compression and extrusion.
The technology is being investigated for integration into existing biomass fuel production systems, as well as alternative manufacturing approaches that could simplify conventional drying and pellet-forming processes.
Commercialization Potential
Our objective is to validate the technology’s performance in industrial biomass operations, including opportunities to reduce processing energy requirements, improve fuel durability, enhance transportation and storage characteristics, and develop alternative solid fuel products.
We are seeking collaboration with biomass producers, pellet manufacturers, research institutions, and industrial partners interested in independent testing, process integration, and commercial-scale demonstration.
Industry Collaboration & Partnerships
The Solution 2030 Inc. welcomes opportunities to collaborate with industrial manufacturers, research organizations, technology partners, and strategic investors interested in advancing innovative natural fibre processing technologies.
We are actively pursuing independent validation, industrial pilot projects, and commercialization partnerships to support the development and deployment of our Pure Fibre Platform.
